Exterior Remodeling in Encino, California

What We See in Encino

Encino can fool you because the lot looks enormous until you begin laying out the project to scale. A patio that would dominate a smaller Valley backyard can look undersized once it is placed behind a larger Encino home with a pool and mature landscaping. Our project managers therefore spend more time thinking about proportion here than simply calculating square footage.

Large trees are another recurring consideration; keeping a beautiful mature tree while rebuilding everything around it is often worth designing for. Encino projects also tend to have multiple outdoor destinations rather than one backyard, a pool area, dining area, lawn, side yard and sometimes a completely separate section of the property. NexGen's challenge is making all of those pieces feel like one property instead of five separate remodels.
