Built from the Ground Up
NexGen Remodeling was founded by Eli Riskovich after years of working inside the remodeling industry. Having spent time at other exterior remodeling companies, Eli saw firsthand where the industry fell short: poor communication, hidden costs, unreliable timelines, and contractors who disappeared mid-project. He knew homeowners deserved better, and he knew exactly how to build the company that could deliver it.
In early 2025, NexGen Remodeling officially launched with a different approach. Instead of relying on cold calls, door knocking, and mailer campaigns like most remodeling companies, Eli built NexGen around modern digital marketing and a client-first sales process. Every homeowner who reaches out to us has already expressed interest. Nobody gets a surprise knock on their door. That difference in how we find our clients shapes everything about how we treat them.
In just over a year and a half, NexGen has completed hundreds of projects across Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire. From the moment a contract is signed to the final walkthrough, there is always someone tracking timelines, coordinating crews, and making sure materials arrive when they are needed. This role exists specifically so that homeowners do not have to chase anyone down for updates.
On the ground, we work with a network of professional subcontractor crews who have been vetted for quality, reliability, and professionalism. We typically run three to four crews simultaneously across Southern California, and we follow a strict one-crew-per-job policy. Your project gets a dedicated team that stays on site until the work is done.
